The content of the messages can be customized via the Messenger configuration Blesta. This can be useful to add a clickable link to the admin backend to the messages.
To customize the message, please proceed as follows:
- Open the Blesta settings page and on the left sidebar click "Message Templates"
- Click "Edit" on the template you want to edit
After you have customized the template according to your wishes, click on "Update Template" to apply the changes.
