Ticket Shortcut Manager makes it possible to write responses at breakneck speed. The module is similar to the predefined answers functionality of WHMCS, with the difference that you insert the text blocks without mouse clicks, but simply via tags like {{additionalquestion}}.
Additionally, it offers the possibility to replace words with other words. For example, to remove the port of a web URL.
The autocomplete function allows to see which tags are available when writing the answer.

This module for WHMCS allows to create dependencies between the configurable options of WHMCS. With the rule builder, dependencies can also be defined among each other, so that very complex rules can be created.
The module is built in such a way that no template changes are necessary in the clientarea.
