Since version 2.4.0, WHMCS admins can boot the server into rescue mode or reinstall the server directly via the admin product management. This means that a login to the WHMCS client area or to NOC-PS is no longer necessary.
If an installation is started via this function, the installation behaves identically to a reinstallation via the client area. Pre-run images are executed and the end customer also sees in the product management that an installation is running and can track the status. The installation status is also displayed to the WHMCS admin.
